The role
About the Role
We are seeking reliable, compassionate Bilingual (English & Mandarin) Casual Community Care / Support Workers to join our team. This is an \"on the road\" role serving elderly clients (Support at Home) and NDIS participants across Hornsby and the Upper North Shore.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care, light domestic duties, and meal preparation (including Chinese meals).
- Transport and social support (shopping, medical appointments, community outings).
- Companionship and communication in Mandarin.

Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin with functional English.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable, insured private vehicle (Essential).
- Cert III in Individual Support / Disability (or equivalent experience/currently studying).
- Current First Aid & CPR, National Police Check.
- Valid working rights in Australia (No visa sponsorship).
