Position: Client & Rental Administration
About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised administrator to join our team. This is a varied role where you’ll support day-to-day operations, work closely with clients, and help keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and efficient support to clients
* Coordinate equipment bookings and assist with asset management on Rentman (full training provided)
* Manage documents, logistics, and key deadlines
* Support financial administration, including oversight of invoicing, quotations, and accurate record-keeping in collaboration with the accounts team
* Maintain accurate client and business records
* Support the leadership with daily administrative tasks
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and partners
* Assist with payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with relevant legislation and internal procedures
* Help maintain an organised and well-run office
* Support workplace health & safety and company policies
What We're Looking For:
* At least 1 year of administration experience
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Confident communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
