Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive, detail‑driven Office/Administration Manager to support our operations and help drive the next phase of our expansion.
We are looking for an experienced manager who can use their expertise to enhance our systems and implement new processes to streamline workflow and improve overall efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee and coordinate daily admin tasks including scheduling, data entry, invoicing, and job documentation
* Manage ERP/job management systems (AroFlo, Beams)
* Be the first point of contact – handling client and supplier communication
* Maintain office workflows: purchase orders, materials ordering and office supplies
* Assist with accounts, payroll, onboarding, reconciliation and compliance documentation
* Support project scheduling, job tracking and invoicing readiness
* Work closely with trades and field teams to ensure strong communication and continuity
* Improve administrative procedures and enhance office efficiency
About You
* Proven administrative experience; experience within trades, plumbing or construction is highly desirable
* Minimum 2 years of administrative experience is required
* Confident and experienced in using job management systems (Beams/AroFlo experience is an advantage)
* Experience with similar job management systems is essential
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently or within a small team
* Positive attitude with a willingness to grow and develop
* Ability to think outside the box and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and overall efficiency
