What success looks like in this role:
* L2 (Desktop) ICT support services expertise, both in person and virtually via email, phone, MS Teams etc.
* Experience in provision of installation and break-fix services for software, desktop hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure.
* ITIL V3 certified (preferred)
* Proficient in incident, problem, and risk management practices.
* Diligent in logging and updating ITSM tickets and records.
* A high focus on customer satisfaction
* Skilled in support of Microsoft M365 application suite, and legacy Microsoft applications.
* Able to support legacy and / or bespoke software platforms with guidance.
* Able to perform moves, ads and changes (MACs) on a regular basis.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* Must be an Australian Citizen.
* NV1 security clearance is must to have for this role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
