We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee fencing projects from start to finish. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
* Co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
* Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations.
* Coordinate materials, contractors, and approvals to ensure readiness for project start dates.
* Manage projects end-to-end, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
* Communicate effectively with clients, site supervisors, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Arrange and perform material pick-up and drop-off as required.
* Assist in building systems and structures within the business to improve operations.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.
