24/7 shifts - AM, PM & Night Shifts - 5 Days on Offer Supportive Team with Training - Catering Environment Ongoing Casual Roles About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Store person to support our warehouse team at a leading catering facility at Darwin Aiport. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured environments, understands warehouse operations, and can handle the pace of a busy logistics site. You’ll support a wide range of warehouse functions by managing stock data, supporting inventory accuracy, and assisting in the development of process documents and labelling systems. This is a key support role during stocktake periods and daily operations where precision, communication, and reliability are critical. Your Responsibilities Accurately enter and cross-check stocktake data across dry, chilled, and frozen inventory Support physical stocktake activities, label application, and system updates Assist in documenting training SOPs and operational process guides Communicate with suppliers to follow up on missing stock (e.g. laundry deliveries) Create stock labels, signage, and documentation to support warehousing accuracy Track usage and consumption to support stock forecasting and PAR level reviews Work with warehouse teams to ensure FIFO stock rotation and hygiene separation Maintain clean, organised storage areas and complete basic housekeeping tasks Liaise with kitchen, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure operational continuity About You Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or logistics support role Forklift licence preferred (not essential) Comfortable working around dry, chilled, and freezer environments Able to lift up to 15–20kg safely and repeatedly throughout a shift Confident entering data accurately using inventory software or Excel Familiar with FIFO, hygiene separation, and food-safe stock handling Strong attention to detail and organisational skills – works well without supervision Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment with manual handling involved Proactive communicator who can work across departments (kitchen/logistics/administration) Requirements Availability to work a 5-day rotating roster including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays (start times from 4:00am) Own reliable transport to work Willingness to complete a National Police Check, pre-employment medical (including hearing, vision, and lifting), and Drug & Alcohol Test Full working rights in Australia Who Are We?
