Administrative Support Role
This part-time administrative role involves a mix of bookkeeping and administrative tasks, including:
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Entering data and maintaining documents
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors
* Providing general office support
Experience with cloud-based accounting software is essential. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are required. A mature, professional, and friendly manner is necessary. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively is also required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation
2. Enter data into the accounting system and maintain accurate records
3. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to resolve queries and issues
4. Provide general office support, including answering phones and responding to emails
