Your Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to people with disabilities and/or aged‐care needs within Anglicare Disability Services. You will work respectfully and collaboratively to ensure each person receives the highest standard of care.
This role suits someone who is flexible, resilient, compassionate, and eager to learn. Strong communication and problem-solving skills will help you thrive as you support clients both independently and alongside others.
What You Need
* Cert III in Individual Support (or relevant qualification), or experience supporting people with disabilities or aged‐care needs
* Willingness to complete Cert III study if required
* Completion of:
o NDIS Quality, Safety and You
o New Worker - NDIS Induction
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children clearance
* Current Driver\'s Licence
* Access to a comprehensively insured motor vehicle
