About Goodstart Byron Bay
The centre focuses on individualized curriculum within the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests and strengths. The centre is a 33-place service and is committed to safety and high-quality practice.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance learning outcomes.
* Apply safety and inclusive practices to ensure every child thrives and feels valued.

You'll Need
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check.
