Role Summary
We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior Solution Engineer (Senior Test Automation Engineer) reporting to the Test Automation Lead.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute automated test cases.
* Maintain regression suites.
* Support continuous improvement of test frameworks.
* Collaborate across teams to uplift end‑to‑end automation capability.
* Provide input into planning, ensure high‑quality test coverage, and resolve defects.
* Guide a specialist engineering and automation team to deliver consistent, reliable outcomes.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in test automation within large‑scale telecommunications or IT environments.
* Experience developing automated test scripts for a wide range of network technologies.
* Worked across both agile and waterfall delivery models.
* Proficiency in Java, Python, and Ruby, and tools such as Jira, ALM, and TestRail.
* Ability to design and maintain automation frameworks, analyze results, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication, influencing, collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
