This is a full-time role within either our Double Bay or Taren Point Office, where your responsibility will be to unearth development opportunities, nurture developer/vendor relationships, and manage projects from post-acquisition phase right up until pre-construction.Highland already has multiple projects on the go across NSW and QLD, with capacity to keep growing this space. This role gifts you the opportunity of joining an established network while using your expertise to further cultivate our presence.Duties Including But Not Limited ToSelling development sitesGaining referrals and building pipelinesCanvasing to residential home owners, commercial shop owners and development sitesResearching zoning mapsSelling DA approved sitesListing new projects - which are passed across to our off the plan sales teamPitch development sitesLiaise with developers, building and maintaining strong business relationshipsNegotiations and contract preparationWorking with our in-house marketing team to achieve the desired outcome for each project and clientWeekly and monthly sales and industry trainingWhat you need to be a success within this role;Must have a real estate registration or licencePrevious experience within Project Marketing/Site Acquisition SalesTrack record of high sales results (must be within real estate, project marketing and development sales)Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPI'sProject marketing and vendor management experienceStrong organisational and planning skillsAbility to prioritise tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlinesAbility to build strong relationships with clienteleStrong personal presentationWillingness to learn and operate with a results focusResults orientatedWho we areHighland truly are a trusted and leading real estate agency across NSW and QLD.
