WHS or RTW Coordinator | Northern Beaches | $80-90k + super

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced full-time WHS or RTW Coordinator to work at a Northern Beaches Private Hospital.
**Your new role**
You will be reporting to the WHS Manager and will be responsible for assisting in managing current WHS standards, proactively managing any injuries or incident that may occur, and day-to-day support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Legislation, Policies, Guidelines and Codes of Practice relating to the site's WHS Management System
- Providing support to the WHS Manager with production, implementation, and Management of WHS and Injury Management across the hospital
- Ensure that local, departmental and company procedures are followed
- Conduct risk assessments
- Identifying risks, incidents and targeting root causes and preventative actions
- Assist in Managing Health and Safety Rep meetings and minutes
- Assist in driving workplace cultural change through focus on positive behavioural safety practices
- Ensuring staff are motivated, trained and adhere to safety practices
- Implementation of WHS policies
- Provide Injury Management support to all employees at the hospital
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Professional qualifications in WHS or RTW - Cert IV or equivalent
- Understand WHS legislation requirement in NSW
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an allied health environment
- Assertive yet friendly manner couple with good verbal and communication skills
- Skills that can deliver targets and work with a team to ensure a safe working environment.
- Passionate WHS professional and self-starter
