IT Facilities Manager – Data Centre Operations

The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced IT Facilities Manager to support the day‐to‐day operations of multiple critical data centre environments within a high‐performing Platforms & Developer Experience team.
Reporting to the Head of Core Platforms & Infrastructure Engineering, this is a hands‐on contract role focused on ensuring operational stability, service delivery, and ongoing project support across key sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations across multiple data centres
* Oversee incident and service request management, ensuring SLA adherence
* Support BAU and project‐based activities across all facilities
* Coordinate and manage IT facility resources across key sites (EDC, M2C, M3C)
* Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure delivery outcomes
* Maintain reliability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure
About You
* Proven experience in IT facilities or data centre operations
* Strong background in incident and service management
* Experience working across multiple sites or enterprise environments
* Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Hands‐on approach with strong problem‐solving capability
Desirable
* Experience in large‐scale or mission‐critical environments
* Exposure to infrastructure or platform engineering team
