**Who we are**
The Property team sits within the Corporate Division and directly under the Business Services Branch. We are a collaborative, hard-working team, who values high-level customer service for all things property related across all levels of the Department. You will work with many different people in the Department and be part of exciting projects, such as the ongoing management of the carparking ballot and leading the onboarding/offboarding management process. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and safety of the building.
**What you will do**
The Property team are seeking an APS4 Property Adviser to join their team. In this role, your duties include:
- Managing corporate workflows and task allocation through an online service request system
- Support the Net Zero emissions reduction initiatives for property and fleet.
- Management of lockers including end of trip and work areas
- Management of Parking
- Undertake internal staff relocations and provide assistance for external relocations
- Assist in the provision of building management services, repairs and maintenance
- Management and control of loading dock
- Assisting with all roving duties as required
- Deliver gold standard client services
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Other property/building related duties as required
As part of the Property team, there is an expectation that you will work on site at Andrew Fisher Building in Barton, ACT.
