Early Childhood Educator Role
Job Description:
Nurture young minds and inspire a love for learning in our vibrant Early Learning Centre. As an experienced Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging programs, fostering social and emotional growth, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement high-quality educational programs for 0-5 year olds
* Collaborate with a close-knit team of educators to ensure seamless daily operations
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements
* Build strong relationships with families and community partners to promote positive outcomes
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
* Proven experience in children's services, particularly in program development and implementation
* HLTAID012 First Aid certification or equivalent
* A National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
