Country & Outback Health is a not-for-profit organisation focused on building healthier and happier communities. Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for young people within our headspace centres.

About the role

* 10-month fixed term contract (February to November 2026)
* Full-time (75 hours per fortnight, Monday - Friday)
* Located in either Port Augusta or Whyalla

The Integrated Care and Commissioning (ICC) initiative aims to bring together resources across the health and care sectors to ensure people in rural, remote and First Nations communities can get the services they need.

This is a high-impact 10-month opportunity for a senior health project professional who wants to shape integrated care in rural communities and leave a lasting legacy.

You will lead critical Integrated Care and Commissioning (ICC) trial activities, working directly with key stakeholders to co-design and deliver practical solutions that respond to local needs in Port Augusta and Whyalla.


About you:


If you are motivated by making a tangible difference and have the following skills and experience, then this role is for you:

* Experience managing projects in the health sector, including complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
* Proven ability to manage complex health projects, including meaningful community and consumer engagement
* High-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across internal and external partners
* Strong analytical, problem-solving including ethical practice and evidence-based decision-making
* Highly developed organisational and coordination skills, with proficiency in project management tools
* An ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
