Job Title: Workplace Concierge
We are reimagining the way Australians live, work and play through our diverse portfolio and data-led decision making. Our Workplace Concierge plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide professional customer service to employees and visitors, addressing inquiries and requests with courtesy.
* Concierge Services: Welcome guests, team members and visitors, provide a unique reception experience, log clients and visitors into the Visitor Management System, issue access passes, handle switchboard operations and respond to general email requests.
* Meeting Room Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, events and office activities, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
* Office Management: Ensure the office environment remains clean and professionally presented, conduct regular floor walks to check for maintenance and cleanliness issues, maintain utility bays, stationery cupboards and team points, manage lockers and storage areas efficiently, provide AV support, coordinate dynamic office layouts, workstation allocation and relocations, conduct weekly audits, process invoices for expenses, company assets and office-related services, implement and manage policies and technology, act as Building Warden and First Aid Officer, and manage relationships with service providers and building management.
