Applications are now open for our January 2026 Regional & Agribusiness Graduate Program. We are seeking graduates who want to be part of a regional community and a career in regional or rural Australia. The program provides hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment, supporting customers across regional locations. We are committed to developing a pipeline of agribusiness bankers and helping graduates move into successful and rewarding careers at NAB.
About the Regional & Agribusiness team: NAB Regional & Agribusiness brings together a dedicated, specialist team with business bankers from across regional Australia. The team includes general business bankers and specialist bankers in Agribusiness, Health, Private, Professional Services, Government, Education, and Community. We aim to understand the unique needs of regional businesses and help our customers grow. We are customer-obsessed, in genuine partnerships with our customers, enabling them to grow and succeed.
What you’ll do
- Undertake a 4-month rotational program designed to provide exposure to a career in Regional & Agribusiness Banking at NAB
- Learn and develop with opportunities aligned to building critical skills for a future in banking
- Connect with past Alumni Grads and foster mentoring relationships
- Work closely with high-performing agribusiness and business bankers in regional and rural Australia
- Participate in industry learning and ongoing skill development
- Gain networking opportunities with fellow R&A; graduates and employees
- Gain exposure supporting customers and communities
- Engage in community and customer engagement programs to create positive social impact
- Be supported and placed into a permanent role during or after successful completion of the program
What you’ll bring
- Proven customer service skills and a passion for Regional Business & Agribusiness
- Effective relationship management skills
- Prior working experience in a service environment would be advantageous
This 4-month Graduate Program will commence 19 January 2026.

Eligibility to apply:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program
- Be willing to relocate to a regional location for the 4-month program or your first permanent role outside of the program
- Commit and be available to commence full time employment in January 2026
