You will complete a qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training and practical on-the-job experience.
* Provide quality service to customers over the phone and resolve enquiries efficiently.
* Research, analyse and refer customers to the appropriate channels for effective resolution.
* Carry out administrative activities, such as creating and updating online records.
