We have an excellent opportunity for an emerging Human Resources professional to join our People & Performance (P&P) team in Perth.

This role sits within our national People Services team to provides help desk support for employee related queries. The role also assists with the planning and coordination of local early careers programs.

The role would ideally suit an enthusiastic coordinator who is looking to build their HR knowledge and skills, leverage their curious analytical mindset and embrace the technology and systems within the firm to assist in the delivery of key employment life cycle programs.

Key Responsibilities

As part of a national team of coordinators, the successful candidate will:
* Supports the national P&P team on all aspects of the employee life cycle;
* Provides help desk support to partners and staff on P&P queries;
* Is the internal subject matter expert on the HR Information System (SAP SuccessFactors) and;
* Provide new employee orientation support.

At a local level the HR Coordinator will:
* Support the P&P team in graduate recruitment administration;
* Prepare and update all standard and bespoke documents;
* Ensure all employee changes are administered in line with agreed processes;
* Assist with the planning, coordination and logistics of graduate and clerkship recruitment and clerkship programs;
* Support the annual compensation and remuneration review and;
* Provide support on data/reporting requests

Required Skills And Personal Attributes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail,
* Ability to effectively support a wide variety of internal stakeholders, with the highest commitment to service.
* A curious and analytical mindset, high level of MS Office and Excel skills.
* Ideally, experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS.
* Pragmatic, resourceful and robust problem-solving skills.
* Can work both independently and as part of a national team.
* Able to effectively deal with competing priorities and progress multiple tasks through to completion within required deadlines.
