The Opportunity
Our Corporate & Commercial Advisory team is looking for their next superstar legal secretary on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be assisting the team with a range of administration, data and secretarial tasks using your current skill set and knowledge, while also gaining invaluable skills through mentoring and training.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include assisting with:
* Front line client contact answering phones
* Preparing basic legal documents and correspondence
* Preparing and issuing monthly tax invoices
* Receipting and payments
* Scheduling meetings and organising calendars
* Diary management
* File management, saving emails and correspondence to files
* Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, Lawyers and Principals
* Opening new files and undertaking conflict searches
* Archiving files
* Other general administrative tasks as required.
You Will Have
* At least 4 years' experience in a legal environment or transferable skill
* High level skills in Office 365
* An inquisitive mind toward IT
* Initiative in taking on tasks when required
* Attention to detail and great time management skills
