About the Role
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, this role supports organisational capability through the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs, including mandatory, technical, and leadership development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver learning programs aligned with strategic objectives and compliance standards.
Manage end-to-end delivery of programs, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communication.
Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate reporting.
Apply adult learning principles and digital strategies to enhance engagement.
Review and improve programs based on data and feedback.
Build and manage the Learning & Development calendar.
Mentor team members and contribute to strategic planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address skills gaps and support workforce capability.
Essential Criteria
Tertiary qualifications in adult education, L&D, or related field, or significant experience in delivering L&D projects.
Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs.
Local Government experience
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience using data insights to inform learning solutions.
Current NSW Driver's Licence.
Desirable
Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong digital and system skills.
