We are looking for an experienced sales representative with a genuine interest in the local community and business. The successful applicant will join our small creative team and will be working with us on the exciting new chapter of the successfull lifestyle magazine, Coast.
The position is 3 days per week, permanent part-time on an initial six month contract. Applicants must have a reliable car and valid driver's license. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible and we offer flexible workplace arrangements.
This sales role will suit someone who is outgoing and enjoys meeting and speaking with people to develop strong, ongoing relationships. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

Build relations with advertisers
Co-ordinate bookings and deadlines
Liase with graphic designers and the editor
Managing and updating data bases
Assist in the development of marketing strategies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales or business development.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* A structured approach and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Willingness to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
* Flexibility to travel to clients as needed.
* Strong communications and negotiation skills, positive thinking and interpersonal skills.
* Strong ability to problem solve and anticipate challenges in advance while proposing solutions.
