Maintenance Inspector – Residential Properties
NSW Based | Travel Required | Training Provided
We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Maintenance Inspectors conducting inspections across residential properties throughout Recent South Wales.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, Construction or Trades, looking for adaptable field-based work with full training provided.
No prior inspection experience is required — we will provide all necessary training and support to help you succeed in the role.
Locations Required
We are currently seeking inspectors based in: Coffs Harbour
Candidates must also be willing and available to travel outside of their local area from time to time.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Inspector, you will be responsible for assessing and reporting on the condition of residential properties. The role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct residential property condition inspections
* Identify maintenance issues and defects
* Complete detailed inspection reports using an iPad
* Communicate professionally with clients and occupants
* Travel to various locations across NSW as required
Qualifications
* Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, or Building Surveying
* Associate Diploma Applied Science (Building) – TAFE
* Certificate in Building Foreman & Clerk of Works – TAFE
* Diploma in Building Studies – TAFE
* Certificate IV in Residential Construction – TAFE
* Current NSW Builders Licence or equivalent qualification

* Advanced English communication skills
* Based in NSW
* Own reliable vehicle
