- Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a Strategic Industry Partner for the development of the Australian Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Enterprise with goals to enhance self-reliance, supply chain resilience, and developing a guided weapons manufacturing capability in Australia. The Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) will oversee the execution of GWEO initiatives.

This role is responsible for providing a quality and efficient level of support to Finance Lead across a variety of financial activities throughout the MFC line of business.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Undertake Customer invoicing preparation, debtor management and cash flow tracking
- Contribute to timely and accurate reporting of financial results, including tracking cost allocation accuracy and variance to forecasts
- Review Program cost allocation actuals and ensure they are following establish procedures
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting collation and assumptions, including engagement with stakeholders
- Provide clear explanation and analysis of reporting variances
- Understanding and reconciliation of OSEC Reporting (Orders, Sales,EBIT, Cash)
- Assistance with Contract audits, sampling and true-up processes
- Undertake Ad-hoc monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis
- Assist with tracking ROS% and program profitability
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding finance issues and contribute to developing solutions to moderately complex problems

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications (Cert III or above) in a relevant discipline (Finance, Accounting etc.) from a recognised institution, and/or equivalent relevant experience (preferably within the defence industry)
- Attention to detail and the ability to see patterns, trends and variances
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proven ability to adapt and maintain a flexible approach to changing needs and priorities
- Ability to work both independently as well as contribute in a professional team workplace
- Ability to investigate issues with a through approach
- Experience in Microsoft Excel

**Special Requirements**:
