As our 3PL operations continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead from the front and build a high-performing team.
About the Role:
As our 3PL Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Leading day-to-day warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of over 5000 m2 of warehousing over multiple sites.
Managing multiple 3PL client accounts and ensuring service levels are consistently met
Supervising, training, and motivating warehouse staff
Operating a forklift as part of daily operations (hands-on role)
Driving process improvements and maintaining efficient workflows
Overseeing inventory control and stock accuracy
Coordinating with drivers and courier teams to ensure smooth dispatch
Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership and team management experience in a warehouse environment
Hands-on approach – willing to get involved on the floor when needed
Strong commitment to safety and workplace standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, organised, and solutions-focused
Previous 3PL or logistics experience – highly regarded Valid forklift licence – essential
Location:
Glenorchy, Tasmania (warehouse-based role)
Working Hours:
Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Some flexibility may be required depending on operational demands
