About the Role:
This pivotal position will oversee the onboarding process, provide tailored training, and ensure seamless adoption of our products and services.
* The primary point of contact for a portfolio of real estate clients.
* Lead onboarding and deliver customized training for smooth integration.
* Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track progress and identify opportunities for expansion.
* Promote client insights within product, engineering, and sales teams.
* Mange renewals and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Monitor engagement, reduce churn, and track key performance indicators.
* Collaborate with colleagues to refine and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role (SaaS or real estate industry experience an asset).
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive problem-solver who excels at delivering value to clients.
* Comfortable presenting and delivering training both online and in-person ( occasional travel may be required).
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and act on performance metrics.
