Role Details
As Commercial Manager, you will play a key leadership role across the Bulk & Construction divisions, driving profitable growth and strengthening commercial performance in a complex, asset‐intensive environment. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions across the business and help position the division for sustainable, long‐term success.

* Leading pricing and revenue management, including major contracts and tenders
* Driving cost optimisation and margin improvement in partnership with operations
* Supporting capital investment and transformation initiatives through business cases and ROI analysis
* Building strong cross‐functional partnerships to enable data‐driven decision‐making
* Leading and developing commercial capability and performance
