About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team based in Melbourne. Although this is a full time role, part time requests will be considered.
This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering integrated marketing activity across ANZ and the UK with a strong focus on brand management, demand generation and events.
Day to day you will:
* Maintain and evolve Alcidion's brand identity and messaging
* Lead integrated demand generation campaigns and nurture programs
* Oversee content strategy and approvals
* Plan and deliver ANZ events including industry conferences and customer roundtables
* Support the ANZ sales team with sales operations reporting and lead management
* Coach and develop a high performing marketing team

About you
You bring strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally gained in the technology or healthcare sectors, with a proven ability to deliver brand, demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable impact. You are confident leading and developing a small marketing team and you work effectively with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
You have excellent project management capability and thrive in environments where you are managing multiple priorities at once. Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional, and you use strong analytical thinking to measure performance and guide continuous improvement. You enjoy working with colleagues across different geographies and time zones and you build productive working relationships quickly.
It is an advantage if you have experience in healthcare technology or enterprise software marketing, CRM administration and sales operations. Experience working in ASX listed or investor focused environments and an understanding of both the Australian and UK healthcare markets would also be beneficial.
