Mount Hospital is looking to employ experienced Registered Nurses for our Scrub Scout team.Key functions include:Established and maintained positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and culturesProvide exceptional customer service and person-centred and evidence-based careProvide supervision and preceptorship to Enrolled Nurses, graduates and students and AINs/PSAsWorked as a valued member of an inter-disciplinary team, managed own work time and personal well-beingLead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomesInvolved in clinical and compliance auditingAbout YouYou will hold a minimum of 3 years' full-time scrub scout experience in general and/or urology.
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a thorough understanding of patient care in a private hospital setting.To be successful in this role, you will:Have AHPRA registration (essential)Previous experience with Orthopaedics / Neurosurgery (Essential)Demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients within the perioperative complex.Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamImplementing strategies to ensure quality and risk management are integrated to daily activitiesAbout UsLocated near King's Park, Mount Private Hospital is Western Australia's leading private provider of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery supported by the largest private Critical Care Unit (CCU).
