We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads by example — someone who knows how to bring out the best in their team, read the rhythm of a busy floor, and make guests feel right at home.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily service with calm confidence and attention to detail
- Lead, train, and inspire a motivated front-of-house team
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to deliver seamless experiences
- Manage rostering, service standards, and day-end procedures
- Take pride in upholding the quality and consistency Searock is known for
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who thrives in a busy, high-quality environment — organised, hands-on, and approachable.
You’ve managed or supervised a restaurant before and understand that great hospitality is about teamwork, timing, and genuine care.
- Minimum 1 years in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of food, wine, and modern service standards
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
