We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded joinery business specialising in commercial and architectural solutions. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality delivery, this organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team. The Role: As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing and securing a diverse range of commercial joinery projects. You will be responsible for managing multiple tenders simultaneously and contributing to the continued success of the estimating function. Key Responsibilities: Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial joinery projects Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Managing a high volume of projects concurrently (40-60 jobs at varying stages) Liaising with internal teams including drafting, sales, and project delivery Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options Maintaining and developing pricing tools, primarily within Excel Supporting the tender submission process and deadlines You Will Have: 8 years' experience in joinery estimating (commercial projects essential) Strong knowledge of materials, processes, and architectural joinery solutions Advanced Excel skills (essential as this is a key tool for pricing) The ability to manage a high workload and prioritise effectively Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Whats On Offer: Competitive salary depending on experience Fully stocked kitchen, plus on-site vending machines and BBQ's Brand new, modern, clean, and well-organised factory and office facilities A positive, supportive team culture with Company wide incentive schemes You'll be working in a large, well-designed facility that showcases the company's capabilities.
