We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Agency Director to lead our innovative event agency, Events Unlimited (Born Creators Group). The Agency Director will be the driving force behind our strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial growth. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the agency, from inspiring a high-performing team and nurturing key client relationships to driving new business and ensuring the flawless execution of world-class events. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with deep expertise in the events industry, strong business acumen, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Agency Director to lead our innovative event agency, Events Unlimited (Born Creators Group). The Agency Director will be the driving force behind our strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial growth. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the agency, from inspiring a high-performing team and nurturing key client relationships to driving new business and ensuring the flawless execution of world-class events. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with deep expertise in the events industry, strong business acumen, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision:

* Develop and execute the agency's long-term strategic plan in alignment with its mission, vision, and financial goals.
* Identify emerging industry trends, market opportunities, and potential risks to maintain a competitive edge.
* Drive innovation across the agency, from creative concepts and event technology to operational processes.
* Act as the primary brand ambassador for Events Unlimited, representing the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

2. Business Development & Client Relations:

* Lead the new business development strategy, from lead generation and pitching to closing major accounts.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as a senior point of contact and strategic partner.
* Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by overseeing account management and consistently exceeding client objectives.
* Drive revenue growth by expanding services to existing clients and securing new, profitable business.

3. Operational & Production Excellence:

* Oversee all agency operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
* Lead and support the production and creative teams to ensure the seamless delivery of all events, on time and within budget.
* Implement and refine operational workflows and best practices to optimise resource allocation and project management.
* Manage key vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.

4. Financial Management:

* Assume full P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibility for the agency.
* Develop and manage the annual budget, financial forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Oversee client pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and project profitability to ensure sustainable financial health.

5. Team Leadership & Culture:

* Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of event professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and positive work environment.
* Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to build a scalable and effective organisation.
* Oversee recruitment, professional development, and performance management to attract and retain top talent.
* Champion the agency's culture and values, ensuring they are reflected in every aspect of the business.
Qualifications & Skills

Required:

* 8+ years Of progressive leadership experience within the event management, experiential marketing, or creative agency space.
* Proven track record of successfully managing agency operations, including P&L management and strategic planning.
* Demonstrated success in business development, with a strong network of industry contacts and experience in winning significant new business.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative and diverse team.
* Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* In-depth knowledge of event production, logistics, and creative development.
