Responsibilities:
· Provide executive-level support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation.
· Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams, including inter-state liaison.
· Plan and execute company events and corporate functions.
· Support HR functions, including recruitment, induction training, and workforce planning.
· Oversee HR policies, procedures, and employee onboarding/off-boarding.
· Assist in employee training and development plans.
· Oversee and implement Social Media Planning.
· Ensure high standards of office maintenance and presentation.
· Coordinate meetings, including invites, calendar management, and agenda preparation.
· Support bookkeeping tasks.
Skills:
· Experience in office administration/executive support or a similar role.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel) as well as timekeeping and project management software.
· Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Outstanding customer service focus.
· Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Proactive and flexible approach to work.
