Northern Adelaide Local Health Network – Modbury Hospital – Modbury Salary: $108,347 - $116,216 p.a. plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – AHP3 Temporary Full-Time, up to 31 December 2026 About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available to join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Senior Clinical Educator - Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal within the Northern Pain Rehabilitation Service (NPRS). This senior role plays a pivotal part in shaping high‑quality physiotherapy education and advancing pain rehabilitation services within the Aged Care Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division. As the Senior Clinical Educator, you will lead the development, delivery and evaluation of physiotherapy clinical education programs for both patients and students. Working in close partnership with university collaborators and a broad range of health professionals within the NPRS, you will ensure that education and clinical practice remain contemporary, evidence‑based and aligned with service needs. In this role, you will work alongside physiotherapy colleagues and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient function and health outcomes within this specialised rehabilitation setting. As an experienced clinician, you will provide clinical leadership, mentorship and supervision to emerging practitioners, contributing to a culture of excellence across NALHN services. To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. About You: Success in this position calls for a professional who brings advanced expertise in physiotherapy clinical education, pain rehabilitation and pain science education; exceptional written and verbal communication skills including motivational interviewing; and strong interpersonal capabilities including negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution. You excel at building effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrate confident and supportive leadership, and work effectively both independently and within interdisciplinary teams.
