We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Ticketing Services Manager to join our team. This role will involve working closely with clients from various industries, ensuring that they receive exceptional service delivery and continuity across their accounts.
As a Client Ticketing Services Manager, you will be responsible for liaising directly with clients as well as internal departments such as marketing, web, technology, and finance to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop new and existing relationships with clients. You will also be able to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a timely manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
