We are seeking a driven and safety-focused Supervisor – Surface High Voltage Distribution to join the team at Mount Isa Mines. This is a residential role based in Mount Isa, working an attractive 7 days on, 7 days off roster, offering an excellent balance between career progression and lifestyle.

About The Role
Reporting to the HV & Refrigeration Superintendent, you will lead the safe and efficient operation of our High Voltage maintenance team. This is a hands‐on leadership role where your expertise and guidance will directly contribute to operational excellence and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and promote safe work practices across HV maintenance teams
* Support fault finding and commissioning activities within HV Distribution PTCEW-controlled areas
* Minimise operational disruptions and improve system reliability
* Maintain high-quality work standards and ensure team competency and compliance
About You
You are a proactive leader who motivates others, embraces change, and drives continuous improvement.
To be successful, you will bring:
* Trade qualification as an Electrical Fitter/Mechanic
* Queensland Electrical Licence
* 5–7 years' supervisory experience (preferred)
Preferred industrial experience in:
* High Voltage Power Distribution Systems
* Protection relay testing
* Industrial electronics
* Switchboards
* Transformer commissioning and testing
