Commercial Operations Director
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Operations Director to lead the operations management team for our commercial waste department in Wagga Wagga.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and be able to see the bigger picture, set objectives, and deliver results.
This role requires a natural people leader who can plan for growth, engage with the team, and drive ongoing improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the operations management team in the Riverina
* Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
* Managing relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
* Driving a high-level safety and customer service culture
The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, or Business, and be able to prioritize tasks, think laterally, and make things happen.
Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical and has HR license, driving experience is highly regarded.
