We are working with a global biopharmaceutical leader focused on improving patient outcomes, and as part of its continued growth, they have established a new Business Analytics Manager role with intercontinental scope and a clear progression pathway.
This is a highly visible role partnering closely with local, regional and intercontinental stakeholders to transform complex, multi-source data into forward-looking, decision-driving intelligence. You'll help evolve analytics from descriptive reporting to predictive insights, supporting strategy, launches and patient outcomes across their highly specialised portfolio.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be to:
* Lead business analytics in close partnership with the intercontinental teams, enabling insight-led, patient-centric decisions
* Develop deep market and therapeutic understanding to deliver actionable insights, including patient modelling and performance drivers
* Support launch readiness and post-launch performance through integrated analytics and forecasting
* Drive performance management with robust forecasting and scenario modelling to support strategic and operational planning
* Integrate and analyse multiple data sources (sales, activity, market research, financials, field insights) to generate holistic insights
* Leverage advanced analytics platforms, digital tools and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance insight generation and business impact
* Support business reviews and promote adoption of centrally managed analytics solutions (e.g. Power BI), tailored to local needs
* Optimise Go-to-Market strategies through targeting, segmentation, field-force optimisation and campaign analytics
* Shape and execute the local data and analytics strategy in alignment with regional and global frameworks
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical and RWE teams to deliver end-to-end, patient-focused insights
Your ideal background and experience will be:
* Postgraduate qualification in Biotechnology, Economics, Finance or a medical-related discipline
* Extensive experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or consulting
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical Go-to-Market data and analytics landscape
* Proven analytical capability with strong commercial acumen
* Confident stakeholder partner with excellent communication skills
* Curious, agile thinker comfortable with ambiguity and change
This is a compelling opportunity to step into a strategic analytics leadership role, with strong exposure to regional and global stakeholders and a clear pathway into broader senior leadership, within a purpose-driven organisation focused on improving outcomes for patients.
