Little Resources is a premier resource recovery business based in Hemmant, Queensland established in 2021. We are a licensed battery recycler that provide an essential service to our communities by collecting and recycling end-of-life batteries to recover valuable materials which can be reused in the manufacture of new batteries. By recycling end-of-life batteries, we not only create value and help support local jobs, but we also provide an important environmental benefit by diverting this hazardous waste from being landfilled.
Following 12 months of establishing the business and finetuning the operations, the company is now positioned for growth. We are ready to take the first steps to scale up the business and now need great people to help support our company vision.
You will form an integral part of our team and contribute to the great culture that we have built over the past year. You will perform a range of duties including loading/unloading, process monitoring, sorting, packing, shifting material and cleaning plant & equipment.
What We Offer
* Casual and Full time
* A great hourly rate between $37.6 - $41 per hour + super
* 10 hour shift – 5 days per week from 7am to 5pm
* Regular overtime available on Saturday's
* An incentive scheme to reward achievement of company goals
* Opportunity to progress to a full time position after completing a 6 month probationary period
* No experience necessary – full training and PPE provided
