Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Expertise: Provide prompt and professional customer service to guests and clients, meeting their needs promptly and professionally.
* Assist with venue setup and preparation by arranging furniture, setting up audio visual equipment, and decorating spaces.
* Support catering operations by serving food and beverages, managing food stations, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Manage event logistics, greet and direct guests, manage registration or check-in processes, and address any issues that arise during events.
* Collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to ensure all aspects of the event are executed according to plan.
* Present yourself professionally at all times, representing the organization in a positive and courteous manner.
* Maintain high health and safety standards, adhering to proper food handling procedures and emergency protocols.
