Responsibilities
• Work closely with Anaesthetists to provide patient-focused care, monitor patient status and manage equipment during anaesthesia.
• Respond to changes in the patient\'s condition while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve care processes, mentor colleagues, and engage in continuous professional development to enhance personal and team performance.
