To be successful you must have the following:
Demonstrated stability within the construction industry
Proven experience delivering multi residential, health, education, government projects, with a strong understanding of build methodology and sequencing
Solid background as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager, ideally with a well-regarded and reputable builder
Ability to manage priorities, maintain program targets, and consistently meet critical deadlines
Highly organised and proactive, with a strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm, and a motivated, solutions-focused mindset
