Job Role Overview
We facilitate supportive living environments for adults with developmental and intellectual challenges, addressing individual needs and preferences. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead active lives, participate in community life, and develop successful career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support individuals diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities to achieve independent living, providing evidence-based treatment and care within a group setting.
* Offer guidance, support, and perform daily activities to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals.
* Implement procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for individuals and the physical site.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
* Develop customized treatment plans and play a key role in daily implementation plans.
* Assist individuals in accessing transportation services or provide transportation assistance.
* Complete all required documentation and adhere to relevant protocols.
Employees may be eligible for additional hourly differentials based on their skills, work location, training, and population served.
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, is a requirement.
* A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are also necessary.
* Reliability, willingness to learn, and adaptability are essential qualities.
