**About the role**
A great opportunity to join the dynamic and exciting VIC Sales team at Are Media for someone who has a fantastic attention to detail, who is extremely organised and can work at pace. As a Campaign Executive you will support a team with clients and media agencies; working with many stakeholders across the wider advertising team to ensure client deliverables are met for seamless and successful campaigns.
- You will directly report to the Head of Sales - VIC
- You will liaise internally across many departments including brand, creative, commercial content and production
This role is a vital role to contribute to the overall success of the team and the business. By providing the sales support required to the account managers and Head of Sales, you will enable your team to be out in market, respond to briefs and cultivate client relationships to secure the revenue required to hit budget
**Duties**
- Simultaneously manage and track deadlines and campaign deliverables across a portfolio of clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Assisting the Head of Sales in sales administration on client accounts eg. Building media schedules, contributing to sales pitches and entering bookings into Adpoint.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders to manage and optimise campaigns.
- Complete post campaign reports in a thorough and timely manner
