North Hobart Dental is expanding and we are looking for the right candidate to join our team. We are looking for a Dental Nurse or Dental Receptionist, starting on a 2-3 day part time basis.
About the role
This is a part-time opportunity to join the friendly team at North Hobart Dental, a well-established dental practice located in the heart of North Hobart, TAS 7000. You will play a key role in supporting our dentists as a dental nurse or providing excellent customer service to our patients as receptionist.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting dentists during procedures by preparing equipment, sterilising instruments, and ensuring a clean and organised treatment area ( Dental Assistant)
* Greeting and welcoming patients, booking appointments, and managing the front-of-house area (Dental Receptionist)
* Maintaining accurate patient records and updating clinical notes
* Answering phone enquiries and responding to patient requests in a professional and friendly manner
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Dental Nurse or Dental Receptionist, or a willingness to undertake relevant training
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
* Good team player
* A calm, friendly, and professional demeanour
* A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
