About the Opportunity
The role of Business Development Manager On Premise at our organization presents an exciting chance to drive sales growth for On-Premise customers. This position requires developing key initiatives, working closely with suppliers, and improving sales performance. Effective communication of liquor promotions programs is essential to drive On-Premise sales.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth for On-Premise customers.
* Champion all liquor promotions enquiries and ensure the program is effectively communicated and able to drive On-Premise sales.
* Drive mutually beneficial outcomes in the On-Premise channel with existing customers.
* Build and execute a new business strategy.

Requirements
* A very solid understanding of the On-Premise channel.
* Sound knowledge of the liquor and FMCG industry.
* High level of customer service offering a truly consultative approach.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Advanced negotiation skills with a focus on adding commercial value across all stakeholders.
* The willingness to add energy and value to key stakeholder engagement both internally and externally.
* A growth mindset and solutions thinking approach.
