Fixed-term, temporary, part-time opportunity to be accountable at an advanced practice level for the design, implementation, and assessment of nursing education programs.
This role involves managing educational resources, providing nursing expertise related to educational issues across MNMH-RBWH, and contributing to the coordination of educational programs and resources, including the nursing transition support program, to ensure smooth integration of nurses into clinical practice.

Support an evidence-based learning environment and participate in learning activities/opportunities for self and others to integrate nursing and healthcare knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Facilitate the delivery of cost-effective, quality, consumer/person-focused care through the development, implementation, and maintenance of education and professional development programs for nursing staff.
Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to promote safety, security, and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
