We're looking for someone to take ownership of our workshop operations and help lead a tight-knit, high-performing team.
This is not just another workshop role, this is a position for someone who wants real responsibility and autonomy.
About the role
You'll be the person keeping the workshop running smoothly day-to-day.
Managing workflow, coordinating jobs, supporting the team, and ensuring everything stays on track.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage workshop flow from start to finish
* Allocate jobs and coordinate staff workloads
* Order and manage parts
* Liaise with the team to keep jobs moving efficiently
* Handle estimating overflow when required
* Maintain a calm, organised and productive workshop environment
What we're looking for
We're open to different backgrounds, but you must be the type of person who can lead without ego.
You might be:
* An experienced Workshop Manager or Estimator
* A qualified Panel Beater or Spray Painter ready to step up
* Someone with industry experience looking to move into a leadership role (training provided)

* Ability to lead a team in a calm, respectful way

Hours
* 40-hour week (4 x 10-hour days)
* Set weekday off (Tuesday or Wednesday preferred)
