Cafe Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced cafe manager to lead our new cafe.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily cafe operations, ensuring efficient service and high quality standards.
2. Lead and develop a team of staff, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Maintain excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and build strong relationships.
4. Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control, minimizing waste and optimizing profitability.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
6. Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and support business growth.
7. Create promotional activities and seasonal menu changes in collaboration with marketing and kitchen teams.
8. Generate innovative ideas for daily specials and seasonal promotions to enhance business performance.
About You:
* Proven experience in cafe or hospitality management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage rosters, budgets, and cost controls effectively.
* Solid understanding of food safety and workplace compliance.
* Experience with POS systems and inventory software.
